Can I put hot liquids inside Acier?
Under no circumstances should hot liquids be placed inside Acier. Doing so may lead to burns and scalding. 

Is Acier compatible with all cages?
Acier fits perfectly in virtually all cycling cages but some will create more vibrations and noises depending on the cage material, shape, and terrain. The included silicone band can be be placed on the mid-section to quieten noises.

Is the bottle dishwasher safe?
The body is top-rack safe. Please refrain from high-heat drying. Hand cleaning is recommended for maximum longevity. Please do not put the cap (or any parts) in the dishwasher, as the silicone valve can become loose. We recommend rinsing out the bottle with water after each ride.

We’ve just received these cool bottles...the shape of the ABLOC is quite unique, tapering sharply towards the base of the bottle.

It's a very soft bottle... it's really nice, when you drink from it, it's really squeezable and it flows into you very powerfully. I really like it.

Arrive bottles are 100% BPA and phthalates-free. They will not leach harmful chemicals. Phthalates are hormone-altering chemicals that affect both men and women. All materials have gone through stringent independent testing and certification by the Swiss testing standard, SGS.

Is Arrive compatible with all cages?
Our bottles fits perfectly in virtually all bottle cages. Compatibility was tested comprehensively on different cages on all types of bikes.

How does Antimicrobial technology work?
A proprietary, food-safe additive is embedded in the body and cap. This additive actively combats microorganism growth at the cellular level to continuously disrupt their formation. Bacteria, mold, and odors are proactively resisted. The result is a bottle which maintains a hygienic state for longer, with minimal maintenance. Unlike surface-level coatings, this embedded technology will never wash or wear off.

Are the bottles dishwasher safe?

Can I put ice cubes or powdered drink mixes inside?
The cap diameter is smaller for weight savings and to create the sleek form. Smaller diameter ice cubes can fit through the opening, or you can freeze the bottle when it is ~70% full. If you have a larger powdered drink scooper, please use the included hangtag (bent down the middle) as a funnel.
